Dana grew up in the Annapolis Valley and completed her post-secondary education in Business Administration at NSCC, Kingetec campus.

Dana has a German shorthaired pointer named “Otis”, and 2 cats named “Ariat” and “Mittens”, a bearded dragon and a beta fish.

When not at the clinic, she works part time at a local horse barn. She is also enrolled in a course to become a certified fitness coach, is an avid photographer and also rides horses and enjoys exploring the valley. In her spare time, she volunteers with the Kinsman Club in Kentville and often volunteers for the barn and their shows.
