Alex grew up on the South Shore of NS and always felt he owed it to the animals to help them as much as he could to repay them for all the joy they’ve brought to his life.

He graduated from the Veterinary Technology program at Maritime Business College in 2019 and began his career working as a Registered Veterinary Technician with a large practice in the HRM. During his first few years, he gained a wide range of experience in small animal medicine including surgery and emergency care, and is excited learn more about Large Animal Services with the Cornwallis Vets team!

Alex currently lives in Hants Border with his wife and baby girl, as well as 2 dogs, Molly and Cooper and some backyard chickens!

In his spare time, Alex enjoys hiking, kayaking and dirt biking!
