Dr. Camilla Cools, DVM

Dr. Cools was born in Belgium and also lived in England and Switzerland throughout her childhood.  She moved to Canada in 2008 and absolutely loves living here!  She received her BSc. from Dalhousie University prior to graduating from the Atlantic Veterinary College at UPEI with her DVM in the spring of 2021 and joined the team at Cornwallis Vets shortly thereafter!. 

Dr. Cools shares her home with her partner Matt and 3 of her pets- Charlie (German Shepherd), and her 2 cats Chloe and Sophie, and hopes to have a barn of her own someday for her retired thoroughbred racehorse, Herky.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her dog Charlie, horseback riding and spending quality time with her friends and family!
