Emma grew up in East Hants, NS and now calls Shortts Lake home.  She comes from a family of veterinarians, her father and uncle are both small animal vets, and her Grandfather was an equine vet.  She completed the Pre-Veterinary Program at Dal AC and is now going into her third year at the Atlantic Veterinary College on PEI.

She spent the past couple of summers working at Bay View Poultry Farms, collecting eggs and planting pumpkins which ultimately led to her love for the poultry industry.  She has also worked multiple summers in her father’s and uncle’s small animal hospital in Elmsdale, NS.

Emma has one cat named Millie and multiple racing Standardbred horses.  She is currently living in Wolfville and enjoys going to the gym, going for hikes and walks and she loves to travel!
